These terms apply when you buy a website, app, celebration site, add-on, or care plan from EdenCreative. Your order confirmation, package description, or a signed custom agreement may add specific terms — where those differ from this page, the order-specific terms control.

Payment

Standard online packages are paid in full at checkout before work begins, unless a written custom agreement says otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment provider; EdenCreative does not store your full card number. Prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars.

Timelines

Package timing is a target, not a guarantee, and the clock starts only after we receive your completed intake, the materials we asked for, required access (such as hosting, domain, or account logins), and any approvals needed to move forward.

• Website Redesign: 2–4 days
• App / MVP Sprint: 5–10 days

Where a package lists its own timeline, that timeline controls. Delays caused by late or incomplete client materials, slow approvals, domain or DNS propagation, registrar processing, and outages or limits of third-party services and integrations do not count against our timing target and may extend delivery.

Scope and revisions

Each package includes the deliverables and the number of revision rounds shown for that package. Requests beyond that scope — extra pages, new features, additional revision rounds, or work outside the original brief — may require a separate quote and additional payment.

Cancellations and refunds

Our services are custom work produced for you, so orders are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you believe you were charged in error or duplicated a payment, or if we determine we cannot deliver the scope you purchased, contact us at consultant@edencreative.net and we will review the situation directly. We do not offer an automatic money-back guarantee.

Domains and third-party services

Domain registration and other third-party fees are separate from our build fees. If we register a domain for you, the add-on covers first-year registration and setup; SSL is included, renewals after the first year are billed at the registrar's standard rate and are your responsibility, and you can transfer the domain at any time. Connecting a domain you already own is free. Third-party platforms, plugins, and services used in your project are governed by their own terms and pricing.

Your content

You are responsible for having the rights to any text, images, logos, video, music, or other material you give us, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You grant us permission to use that material to build and operate your project.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the final custom deliverables we produce for you are transferred to you. This does not transfer ownership of third-party components, fonts, stock media, software, or hosted services that remain subject to their own licenses, and it does not include our internal tools, reusable frameworks, or processes.

Care plans and hosting

Care plan subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and cover hosting, monitoring, routine updates, and the small edits described in the plan. Larger changes are quoted separately. You may cancel a care plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and hosting or maintenance we provide under that plan ends at that point.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services or your site for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purposes. We may decline or stop work on a project that violates this section or applicable law.

Disclaimers and limits

We work carefully, but we cannot promise specific business results, search engine rankings, traffic, sales, or uninterrupted, error-free operation of any website, app, or third-party service. Except where prohibited by law, our total liability relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version, and the version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
