Partnership Agreement for Celebration Websites

This Agreement is entered into between EdenCreative (“Provider”) and the partner business identified in the application above (“Partner”).

1. Purpose. Provider will create personalized celebration websites and apps for Partner's clients as an optional upsell service.

2. Scope of service. Provider will deliver custom digital celebration experiences based on the tier selected by the client. Scope includes the agreed pages, features, and customization listed in the package description.

3. Partner role. Partner may market the service, bundle it into packages, or refer clients. Partner is responsible for collecting initial client interest and forwarding project details.

4. Provider role. Provider is responsible for design, build, revisions within scope, launch, and final handoff.

5. Pricing and payment. Partner may mark up the service or receive a referral commission. Client payment terms will be defined in the order form or invoice. Rush requests, extra revisions, or added features beyond scope will be billed separately.

6. Turnaround time. Standard delivery is based on the selected tier and begins after all required materials are received.

7. Client materials. Client must provide all required content, including names, photos, event details, dates, themes, and links.

8. Revisions. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions will be billed separately.

9. Ownership. Final site ownership and usage rights will be determined by the service agreement and payment status.

10. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep client information, pricing, and project details confidential unless agreed otherwise.

11. Termination. Either party may end this partnership with written notice. Any active projects already in progress will be completed or handled per written agreement.

12. Acceptance. By checking the acceptance box below and submitting this application, Partner acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
